Advance Design warrants that uniforms supplied will;

1. Be of merchantable quality and be free from defects in material and workmanship.
2. Be in accordance with the description of the product provided by Advance Design.
3. Match any sample or demonstration model provided by Advance Design.
4. Goods will be supplied in accordance with all applicable Laws and Applicable Standards.
