This is the home site of Advance Design Clothing Company Pty Ltd.. These Conditions of Use (“Conditions”) govern the use of this and any other Advance Design’s web site.

The Conditions may be varied from time to time by Advance Design, and you are deemed to have accepted any variation once it is placed on the web site. a) You may: i) view the web site; ii) make a printed copy; and/or iii) download part or all of the web site onto the local hard drive of the computer used to access this site, only for the purposes of personal use, information, research, or study.

c) You must not use the web site for any illegal purposes or in a way which is inconsistent with the Conditions.

3) Ownership of material on this web site You acknowledge that all material on the web site is owned by Advance Design, or used by Advance Design under licence from third parties. You must not do anything which is inconsistent with these rights of ownership.
In particular, certain trademarks, logos and images collectively “Images”) appear on this web site. These Images belong to Advance Design or third parties to Advance Design and are protected by relevant intellectual property laws. Nothing in the web site shall be taken to grant a user any license or right of use or any Images without the express written permission of the owners of those Images.

a) You acknowledge that any links to third party web sites found on the websites are provided purely for your convenience. The provision of any links shall not be taken as any form of endorsement of third party web sites by Advance Design.
b) As Advance Design does not own third party web sites, it is not responsible for the content, access, reliability, function or condition of third party web sites nor is Advance Design liable for any goods and services you may order through third party web sites. To the fullest extent possible under the law, Advance Design excludes all implied conditions and warranties in connection with the use of the web site or material appearing on the web site. Advance Design does not, however, exclude liability which cannot be excluded under the Trade Practices Act (Cth) or similar state or territory legislation. In particular:
a) Whilst Advance Design endeavours to ensure that information on the web site is current and up to date, Advance Design makes no representations and gives no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any material on the web site.

Information Collection and Use | Advance Design Clothing Co Pty Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Your privacy is important to us, and we will not sell, share with, or rent personal information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
Online Store | We request information from users when registering to use our online store. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and, in some cases, financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders.
Newsletter | If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. The contact information is used to send the newsletter and other information to you.
Surveys and Contests | From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as post code, occupation, number of staff in your organisation). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site. Registration for E Promotions (Newsletter and E-Flyer) | We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username and to explain what to expect in terms of future communication (content and frequency).

All of our users’ personal information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.
